NeighborWorks will be hosting its third West Scranton tree lighting celebration to celebrate West Scranton's winter spirit. Enjoy cookie decorating, a DJ, photos with Santa, and hot drinks with family and friends. Keep an eye out for Westley, the West Scranton elf, before he slips away to other local businesses in West Side!
This initiative is a part of the NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania West Scranton Revitalization Plan.
