The Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors is partnering with NeighborWorks to educate PWAR members and affiliates in Pike & Wayne County on the various programs NeighborWorks offers the community. This lunch and learn will be held at The Settlers Inn on May 15th from 11:00am to 3:00pm. We will have several speakers throughout the day. Registration is required and is available here. This program is tailored to realtors and their homebuyer clients.
Learn everything you need to know about purchasing your first home, from financing and pre-approvals to inspections and closing costs. Hear from realtors, home inspectors, insurance agents, and other experts. This workshop is free, but registration is required.

From June 6 to June 7, NeighborWorks is again joining the region-wide giving movement: NEPA Gives! During this 24-hour giving event, we are raising funds to support to support our programs: Aging in Place, the Homeownership Center, and Community Development. These funds help ensure we can still offer homebuyer workshops, Beautiful Blocks, Paint the Town, and other events throughout the year!
