NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania is pleased to welcome Jasmine Daas to our team as our full-year AmeriCorps VISTA.
During her year of service, Jasmine will work with our full range of programming, including homeowner counseling and financial coaching, Aging in Place for seniors, neighborhood revitalization services, and more!
A native of Texas, Jasmine is a 2020 Penn State graduate. She comes to our organisation after interning at the Children's Advocacy Center of NEPA and the Scranton Area Community Foundation. She has also interned at the United Way of Lackawanna & Wayne Counties in the capacity of Community Impact Intern.
In her spare time, Jasmine is pursuing a second language (Spanish) and is also learning to play cello. We look forward to her making a positive impact on the community through our avenues of service.
