After more than nine years of dedicated service, Pamela Anslinger has stepped out of her role as Director of HomeOwnership Services.
Pam joined NeighborWorks nearly a decade ago as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Through passion, hard work and dedication, she advanced to become a HUD-certified housing counselor, manager and later the director of our HomeOwnership program.
In just under ten years, she accomplished so much, including:
-Growing the HomeOwnership program staff from 1 to 5
-Increasing the annual HomeOwnership program budget from $100K to over $1 million
-Helping more than 100 people purchase homes each year
-Supporting 150 clients annually in remaining in their homes
-Developing three new program lines
-Expanding homeownership services to seven counties
-Creating three down-payment assistance programs with a combined financial impact of over $2 million since 2020
-Administering more than $4 million in homeowner assistance funds to help people stay in their homes during and after the COVID pandemic
The entire team at NeighborWorks extends our heartfelt gratitude to Pam for her years of dedication and leadership. While we’ll miss her daily presence, we’re excited to cheer her on in the next step of her career and look forward to seeing the incredible impact she’ll continue to make across the state and in our region for years to come.
And of course, we couldn’t let her go without recognizing her with the $2 Bill Award in honor of her leadership, positivity and all-around awesomeness!
Please join us in recognizing Pam for her years of service. Congrats Pam!
