NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania (NeighborWorks) will host the second annual Carbondale Block Party on Saturday, July 26, with a rain date of July 27, at the YMCA Park at 82 N Main St, Carbondale, PA, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. This family-friendly event aims to bring together residents of all ages to highlight the city's unique features and foster community engagement.
The Carbondale Block Party is designed as a community-oriented event, showcasing the city's strengths and fostering connections among residents. By collaborating with local partners such as the City of Carbondale, the YMCA and the Carbondale Public Library, NeighborWorks aims to provide a memorable experience filled with activities, resources and opportunities for community engagement.
This initiative is part of the NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania Carbondale Core Neighborhood Plan and Blueprint Communities work.
