NeighborWorks NEPA Plans Second Virtual Aging in Place Seminar

NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania (NWNEPA) is pleased to announce the next installment in our Virtual Aging in Place Seminar series. 

Our seminar for this month will focus on "Wills, Estates, Trusts, and Other Legal Matters Concerning Older Adults." The seminar will take place Wednesday, September 16, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. via virtual webinar. 

We will  be featuring guest speakers Teddy Michel, Esq., Director of the Ignatian Volunteer Corps of Northeastern Pennsylvania and long term volunteer with the Elder Law Justice Project; Pam Janus, Esq., who oversees the Elder Law Justice Project; Nancy Barrasse, Esq., Solicitor for the Lackawanna County Area Agency on Aging; and Attorney Cathy Tully from the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s office.

Our seminar series is supported by the Lackawanna County Area Agency on Aging, and the Office of Pennsylvania State Representative Kyle Mullins (D-Lackawanna).
